Looking for room to rent with Ethernet

I'm an at-home worker, working in Washington State, looking to make a move mid- January.
I'm 42, male, black, and originally from Chicago.
I'm looking more short than long-term (like 3 to 4 months) and would love a price range of 500 to 600 a month.
