I would be very open towards and more than willing to take on a 'Live-In Assistant' type of role with regard to taking the lead on house chores, running errands, cooking, cleaning, general upkeep and being a Personal Assistant.

I am gainfully employed.
I have my Florida Life and Health Insurance 2-15 License and I work at a call center in Fort Lauderdale as a Health Insurance Enrollment Agent.
As I mentioned, I am looking for a living situation that is preferably with LGBTQ+ roommate(s), but this is not a requirement.
I am just looking for an affordable place to live with friendly, peaceful, and open-minded people.
Again, I am looking to move by January 1st or ASAP.
Besides being gainfully employed, I am mature, responsible, and reliable.
I consider myself to be a pretty laid-back and easy-going person.
I like to have a good time, but I am not a party animal.
I like to live in clean and organized surroundings, and like I said, I would be more than willing to help out with things like house chores; such as.
