Female seeking a room or efficiency (Palm Beach County)

Female seeking a room to rent preferably with a private bathroom or only shared with one other person who is clean.
I’m smoke free drink and drug free and would only be willing to rent from the same (social drinking is fine but can’t be around smokers including pot I’m a healthcare professional and won’t jeopardize my career for any reason thanks for understanding) Would prefer to rent from a female over the age of 35 or even a couple who are spiritual, calm, and aren’t aggressive.
I have two cats and they are non destructive and would remain in the room I rent for my peace of mind.
They do not go outdoors.
I’m willing to help with house cleaning in exchange for lowered rent but nothing else so please don’t reply to my ad.
I’m legitimately looking to pay for rent not be a CL victim thank you for understanding.
I’m sure someone will still respond with the negativity but please remember I’m someone’s daughter and I’m a human being and deserve to be respected like everyone does.
