```Duties```
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of commercial properties
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements and safety regulations
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs of the property
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and lease agreements
- Market available spaces to potential tenants and conduct property showings
- Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with prospective tenants
- Ensure tenant satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and addressing concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records of property-related activities, including rent payments, expenses, and vacancies
```Experience```
- Proven experience in commercial property management
- Strong knowledge of property leasing, upselling, and negotiation techniques
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to commercial property management
