HVAC Ducting Installer (HERS COMPLIANT))

HERS is short for Home Energy Rating System and is a process of evaluating the energy efficiency of a home.
Without it, it's just a guess on whether or not a home will perform well or cost you money.
-My name is Manny; I am in the process of obtaining my HVAC Contracting License in the state of Florida.
I have worked as a Technician for about 6 years in the State of California.
I worked as a foreman running a 3 man crew for about 3 years until COVID hit, and the company downsized.
-I specialize in Furnace & AC Diagnostics; and most importantly making sure home owners get the best service they deserve and analyzing what is right considering costs and performance.
-Wire Flex and Round KD Metal Ducting is my strong suit; I can run wire flex and metal ducting from plenums and maintain a good static rating under or at 0.
5 while keeping the ducting sealed as much as possible.
My integrity in maintaining a complete sealed system is my focus and main goal.
In addition, a good balanced system will last longer and perform better, and I can provide that.
My goal is to work for someone that has a License already, and help them do installs or diagnostics during the weekends, while at the same time refreshing my memory when it comes to AC units.
You can pay me as independent contractor, and pay can be flexible.
What's more valuable to me is refreshing my memory when it comes to AC units (Since it wasn't needed in California as much, at-least where I worked).
Later we can collaborate; I have major connections with developers that can develop multiple units and we can do installs for them.
