Responsibilities: Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
Develop lesson plans that align with our philosophy and support children's interests.
Implement child-originated learning experiences and support children's curiosity.
Collaborate with parents and fellow educators to ensure the holistic development of each child.
Qualifications: Experience in the Reggio Emilia approach is a plus A.
A.
degree or higher in ECE/Child Development, or equivalent ECE credit hours combined with relevant childcare experience.
CDA or CCP with experience in a licensed childcare setting.
