*SUMMARY*
Rambam Day School values the professional growth of all faculty members.
Rambam Day School’s Instructional Coach works in partnership with the Curriculum Coordinator and school leadership to improve teaching practices, enhance student learning outcomes, and support professional development initiatives.
The Instructional Coach provides the faculty with guidance, feedback, and resources to help them develop their instructional skills and create a positive learning environment in the classroom.
*THE INSTRUCTIONAL COACH: * ● Partners with the Curriculum Coordinator to ensure that they support Rambam Day School’s curriculum initiatives.
● Collaborate with the school leadership to align instructional coaching initiatives with school goals and priorities.
● Collaborate with the school’s leadership to identify instructional needs and develop personalized professional development plans.
● Provide ongoing support, feedback, and coaching to teachers on effective teaching strategies and classroom management techniques.
● Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers to support their professional growth.
● Model effective teaching practices and assist teachers in implementing new instructional strategies.
● Facilitate professional development workshops, training sessions, and team meetings to promote continuous improvement in teaching practices.
● Analyze student data and assessment results to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
● Stay current on best practices in education, instructional technology, and professional development.
● Build positive relationships with teachers, the leadership team, and other stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
● Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions, observations, and teacher progress.
