Summary
Barry University, School of Podiatric Medicine located in Miami Shores, FL, between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, invites applications from dynamic candidates for an adjunct faculty position to teach a one credit Biomedical Ethics course in the 2nd half of the spring 2024 semester (February 27 through April 16, 2024).
This position is hybrid (in-person/remote)

Essential Functions
The primary responsibilities of adjunct faculty will be to teach this in-person, course adhering to all COVID-19 protocols.
Administer and grade assessments utilizing ExamSoft™ testing system, report grades in the Canvas Learning Management System, proctor examinations in person, provide student advisement, and adhere to BUSPM protocols in administration of the course.

Master's degree is required.
DPM, MD, DO, PA or JD is preferred.
Previous experience teaching in a professional medical school setting.
A strong commitment to teaching a diverse population of medical students is highly sought.
