Full-Time Spanish Speaking Cleaner & Housekeeper Needed

We are happy to have you come in to work with us for one or two days to try out to see if we are a good fit for you, and if you are a good fit for us, we will pay you the same day at the end of each day.
Your "main and only" task is Housekeeper - Cleaner
(however position also entails some other tasks) such as:
- Cleaning rental properties homes inside and outside (main task) (ca 80% of all tasks)
- Pickup/drop off our 5-year-old daughter from School, look after & and babysit (sometimes Saturdays) (ca 5% of all tasks)
- Meet and greet new tenants (ca 1% of all tasks)
- Preparing and Cooking food (ca 1% of all tasks)
- Assisting us in our real estate business errands (ca 1% of all tasks)
- Picking up material/things from stores (ca 1% of all tasks)
- General personal assistant tasks (ca 1% of all tasks)
- Dropping off laundry at the laundry place (ca 1% of all tasks)
- Broad shores around the house, such as in-house laundry (ca 1% of all tasks)
- General things related to home care/real estate (ca 3% of all tasks)
When time permits, the tasks may also include (ca 5%):
- Answer tenant/customer questions via phone/email/text
- Customer sales/service/research
Initially, we pay you daily, so you never have to wait to get paid, and after we build up trust, payment can be moved to weekly pay if you like.
Work hours are not set in stone, can be somewhat flexible, and it is possible to work less/more/different hours sometimes when needed).
Here is a general idea:
Typical workday Monday-Friday: 9 am - 6 pm daily (8 hours with 30-minute lunch and 2 x 15-minute breaks)
Saturdays: 3 pm to 11 pm (evening events or babysitting)(times flexible)
