- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met

- Excellent Cust Svc and strong communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
