Responsibilities:
Prospect and Generate Leads: Utilize various methods to identify and approach potential clients, creating a robust sales pipeline.
Consultative Selling: Understand clients business needs and recommend tailored merchant service solutions to meet their requirements.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrating the value of our merchant services and addressing client concerns.
Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring the best possible outcome for both the client and the company.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to provide insightful information to clients.
Requirements:
Sales Experience: successful inside sales experience.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Customer Focus: Dedication to understanding and addressing client needs, providing excellent service, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Results-Driven: Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
