Miami Water and Air is seeking a personable, driven person to fill the role of Outside Sales Representative for our home office in Kendall, FL.
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will cover pre-set and qualified sales calls with potential customers.
Your duties as an Outside Sales Representative will not require cold calling, as all appointments for our Outside Sales Representatives are set by our internal lead department.
This will involve:
Making sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers via in-home, face-to-face sales calls
Maintaining assigned sales quotas and following established company guidelines
Identifying positive features and advantages of our water-filtration services over those of the competition
Testing and analyzing customers' household water for impurities and contaminants
Recommending a water-treatment solution that best suits the needs of the customer based on results of water testing and analysis
Maintaining proper sales reports
• No Cold Calling, all of your leads will be provided and set by our in-house call center, all that's up to you is to go to the customers houses.
Requirements
As an Outside Sales Representative you must be self-motivated, adaptable and have a persuasive personality.
You must also have strong active-listening and verbal and written communication skills.
Atleast 2 Years of Outside Sales/Customer Service Experience is also required
Bilingual Preferred (Any Combination of English/Spanish/Creole)
Proven success in one-call closing and in-home sales is preferred
The ability to CLOSE sales
Analytic and problem-solving abilities
Sales experience preferred but not necessary.
Ability to work evenings.
Must own reliable vehicle with current insurance.
NOTE: This Position is Commission only
(Commission payout is extremely high at 10-15% on sales)
